Enjoy healthy snacks with friends!\n5 to 6 p.m.   Take & Bake Food Class. Inspire Health & Wellness will provide the expertise, food, and supplies to make 3 meals that will serve 4-6:\nSteak bites w/ Mixed Veggies\nBBQ Chicken Tenders w/Broccoli\nButter Ranch Chicken Tenders w/Carrot Fries\nMeals are gluten free/sugar free/low carb. Some “Grab & Bake” meals will also be for sale. Cost: $80 for 3 meals. Space is limited! \nNOTE: The deadline to RSVP has passed, but you can still watch the demo and purchase pre-made meals the night of the event – while supplies last. \n6 to 7 p.m.   Breathe to Stay Balanced Class.
