A Season of Remembrance & Gratitude

For more than 30 years, the Madelia Health Foundation Tree of Remembrance has provided a meaningful way for families and friends to honor and remember loved ones during the holiday season.

Each light and tribute represents a life that has touched our hearts, a friendship that made a difference, or a caregiver who provided comfort and support. Together, these tributes create a beautiful community display of remembrance, gratitude, and hope.

New This Year

The Tree of Remembrance has a new home.

After many years as an outdoor display, the Tree of Remembrance will now be located inside the Madelia Health Clinic Lobby, creating a warm and welcoming place for patients, families, visitors, and caregivers to reflect throughout the holiday season.

The tradition of remembrance continues, while providing greater visibility and accessibility for everyone who visits Madelia Health.

A Growing Display of Remembrance

This year, the Tree of Remembrance will take on an even more personal role.

As tribute names are received, commemorative ornaments will be added to the tree in honor and memory of those recognized by our community. Throughout the holiday season, the display will continue to grow, reflecting the many lives, friendships, and relationships being celebrated and remembered.

We invite everyone to visit the tree and experience the collective spirit of remembrance that makes this tradition so special.

Community members are invited to join us as we begin the holiday season by lighting the Tree of Remembrance.

The tree will remain on display through January 3.

Recognition

Individuals honored and remembered through the Tree of Remembrance will be recognized:

Tributes may be submitted in memory of loved ones, in honor of family members and friends, or in appreciation of caregivers who have made a difference.
